The terms تقويم “Taqweem” and تقييم “Taqyeem” in project evaluation differ in some respects, which may not be apparent to everyone. Students and researchers often confuse them, and some believe that the two concepts convey the same meaning, especially when their studies relate to the تقويم “Taqweem” of social programs or projects.
